Happy New Year!

Goodbye, 2021 and Hello 2022,

2021 was one hell of a year. I created a long list of goals to accomplish last New Year's Eve. ( I have a horrible memory, and I don't remember what I wrote.) To end that night, I set fire to that paper. (Brilliant!) This year has already begun, and I am Nine days late.

I caught covid and stayed in isolation for ten days and nine nights. Anyways, I'm always late, back to the article.

This year, baby girl is on the path to becoming HER. Who is she? A successful, resilient, unapologetic, ever-evolving black woman. I demand the respect I deserve and more. Tasks will not overwhelm me and try to overcome me. I will unlearn bad habits and embrace change.

I don't care. It's time for the main character to have a voice. Please, (mostly the older generation) don't ask me to explain my plans for the future. It's none of your business. I may not know yet, (deep down, I know, but you won't know). I am helping myself first so that I can better help others. I deserve to live, laugh, love, sit, cry, be human, and be the best version of myself. So 2022, let's get to work and build a foundation. BTW, I am rebranding my website and social media platforms. Please, let me know what you think. I am taking applications for followers.
